Our first single. Ah, those were the days... You know, I think I actually don't cringe when I listen to this anymore. |

Alessandro was a big fan of the band and was quite kind enough to release this cassette. It's basically a mix of old songs that wouldn't have been released otherwise, and newer songs that I was working on at the time. Terrible sound quality, but they are just 4-track recordings, after all... Call it our "Dead Letter Office". |

"Quiet Christmas" 7" Jigsaw, USA 3-99 1. Quiet Christmas 2. Snowless Winter 3. Forward To Snow |
Recorded when Arianne went away for the holidays. I missed her (and the snow). This record shows that depression doesn't always have to result in mopey music. |

Our first appearance on record. Yay! Classic compilation that no one has heard. |

v/a - "Extended Vacation" cs Krebstar, USA 9-95

Great indiepop tape comp that we somehow ended on. We so don't fit with the other bands, but it was worth it. |

One of the best comp cds ever released (not just because we're on it). |

Why did he fuck with our video? Really, we didn't mean to have all those fooly effects... See the original here. |

This version of the Pet Shop Boys' "Opportunities" is just... wrong! |

v/a - "We Are Not Alone" cs Best Kept Secret, Italy 12-99

A newer song on a comp of lo-fi artists from around the world. Not that Suretoss is really lo-fi... |

v/a - Eric's Trip tribute cs Paper Heart, Canada ?-00
|
I did two versions of "About You" - a loud one and a quiet one. They (thankfully) chose the quiet one. |

Our attempt at power pop. Went over pretty well, I think. |

Song recorded at the same time as the "Quiet Christmas" 7". A live favorite. |

Recorded in my basement in June; a whimsical little tune... |

v/a - "Will There Be Time For Tea?" cd Morgan Leah, USA 7-01
|
Call it a very last minute addition; we weren't even on the original test pressing! The debut of the new full lineup, too. |

v/a - "We Are Not Alone Vol. 6" cs Best Kept Secret, Italy 11-02
|
Not a full band song, but rather an acoustic demo recorded in my basement specifically for this tape. Dual vocal harmonies! |

v/a - "Dashboard Teddy Version 1.0" cd Dorothy, Philippines 6-03
|
Yep, it's a Verlaines cover. Nice! |

v/a - "Happy Happy Birthday To Me Vol. 3" cds HHBTM, Athens, GA 8-04

An extremely silly song about going to see the Salteens in Vancouver, and the resulting rampant record-shopping. |
