Anybody into 80's Synthpop?

I was excited to see this tribute to early MINISTRY (pre-industrial, when they looked and sounded like an English synthpop band) by the band, HOLY GHOST! Who do 80's inspired dance/disco. They've re-created one of Ministry's early album covers and made it their own. Anyways, I thought it was pretty clever and I flashed back to the 80's of my teens:

I dig 80s synthpop. I'd never heard any early Ministry before though, so thanks! This summer I reacquainted myself with some great 80s Canadian new wave/synth bands:

I've heard of Blue Peter but am unfamiliar with those other Canadian bands...so thanks for sharing! The difference between old Ministry and new Ministry is like night and day it's almost comical.
